A single course module used to take one to six weeks to create. One client alone had 40,000 SOP documents waiting for digitisation, creating an impossible backlog that represented years of work.
The issue was not just authoring speed. It was that the economics of manual course creation meant huge volumes of valuable material would never be transformed at all.

JavaScript simulations and drag-and-drop exercises added hands-on engagement without manual production effort.
The entire workflow now runs in 15 to 20 minutes, from raw document to publishable course output.
This gave the client a repeatable production model for content types that previously demanded a long chain of human handoffs across curriculum design, visual creation, and assessment writing.
